HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Perrier reached out to me months ago about sending loads of vouchers my way so that I could basically drown in sparkling water for the rest of my life. I happily obliged. I planned on doing an elaborate ass shoot, showcasing how bourgeois of a lifestyle Perrier has indulged me in, but as life would have it, I did not have the time nor the resources to execute such an idea.
As holiday season approached, steadily I may add, I thought the next best concept was curating a list of cocktails featuring Perrier in the recipes. I am now investing in making this holiday season even more festive and bubblier than ever.
Now, to welcome our 5 WEEKS OF HOLIDAY DRINX, we’re kicking it off with your very classic Rumberry Punch. I will not lie to you, I definitely made this an unintentionally low calorie cocktail. It originally features cranberry juice (or any juice of choice really, we don’t judge here…not in that regard at least), and I definitely neglected the juice. Therefore, we opted for even more Strawberry flavored Perrier, and a lil extra ginger beer.
Regardless, this is light spin on a classic drink that is frankly, too easy to forget how many you’ve had. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
350ml Dark Rum
800ml Ginger Beer
33.8oz Strawberry Perrier
Optional: Add fruit to Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Chill the Rum, Perrier and Ginger Beer until nice and cold.
Pour everything into a punch bowl, or divide into jugs, add fruit and top up with lots of ice and serve.
